Blooming Tulips in Srinagar's Tulip Garden, claimed to be Asia's largest Tulip Garden, Over 1.2 million tulip bulbs have been planted in the garden to woo back tourists to the region which was one of Asia's top tourist draws before the revolt erupted.

It is still to cold where I live for the flowers to be blooming. I am looking forward to the warm weather and flowers.
My home is in Washington State about 65 Kilometers north of Seattle.
